Buy “Weight Loss for People Who Feel Too Much: A 4-Step, 8-Week Plan to Finally Lose the Weight, Manage Emotional Eating, and Find Your Fabulous Self”

Weight Loss for People Who Feel Too Much, by Colette Baron-Reid, is a unique approach to weight loss by learning to be good to yourself and by addressing unresolved pain and anger in your life. It’s unique because there is no calorie counting, just a suggestion to eat just 3 meals and 2 snacks per day. They are not to be anything that you tend to binge on, because you need to remove the impulse to binge. Impossible? Not according to Baron-Reid. Using meditation, visualization, positive affirmations, and Himalayan salt, you can address your stress which is at the root of much overweight and impulse eating. You may know that stress causes cortisol to increase in the body which leads to fat storage. But do you know how to destress? Give this a try and see if you don’t lose weight. I love this book and give it 5 stars.
